Arroz con gandules
and other examples of Puerto Rican food will be served.
Learn the history of Puerto Rico through food as we discover
the crops and livestock brought to the island by Taino indians, African slave
ships, and Spanish galleons. We'll learn to see the history in every bowl of
arroz con gandules.
